moneyinfo achieves Silver Investors in People Accreditation
We are thrilled to announce moneyinfo has achieved the prestigious Silver Investors in People Accreditation. This accomplishment is truly impressive and reflects our unwavering commitment to cultivating an exceptional workplace for our team.
Investors in People is a benchmark for any well-run business. We not only met the standard but surpassed it to achieve a Silver award. This is a fantastic achievement and is testament to our collective efforts in building a workplace that stands out in our industry.
To achieve the accreditation, all of the team were invited to share feedback via online surveys, with some of us also selected to attend one-to-one interviews where we gave verbal feedback on what it’s like being part of the moneyinfo team. The assessment explored our values and behaviours, how we lead and inspire our people, our reward and recognition approach, and how we develop and manage performance.
We scored very highly across these surveys and interviews. Our assessor highlighted that our people were enthusiastic about the business and our Bold, Trusted and Together values are undoubtedly embedded across the organisation, underpinning everything that we do.
Throughout our assessment we were scored across 9 key indicators such as Leading and inspiring people, Managing performance, and Structuring work. We scored above average on all of these indicators, and scored 79 points above average on the benchmark score for our industry.
We constantly strive for best practices and remain committed to continuous improvement, which is part of why we believe that moneyinfo is an outstanding place to work!
We should all be very proud of our Silver award, but we are not stopping here! The accreditation lasts for three years, and the next steps are to review the feedback we have had from Investors in People and work with them to build on what we have. We have set the benchmark and now have a framework to continue to grow and evolve our commitment to our people and empower all of you to thrive both personally and professionally.
