The meetings are an opportunity to talk to us about your moneyinfo roll-out, any concerns or challenges you might be having and an opportunity to schedule follow up training with our team to help you get the most out of moneyinfo. Please note training is free – this is not a sales call.
If you’d prefer not to wait and would value an account management call then please feel free to jump the queue and contact us on 03303 600300 and we’ll get a date booked in the diary.
NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS) WEBINAR
We all want happy customers and often the challenge can be knowing how they are feeling.
In this webinar we look at the features built into moneyinfo to measure client feedback. These help you to capture happy client comments which you could then use on your website and marketing materials to help attract new business. It will also ensure that you get early warning from clients who are not feeling so great.

DIGITAL MARKETING WEBINAR
Getting your portal branded and pulling in data is just the first stage of rolling out your digital proposition. Your portal can help you to build better client relationships and attract new business, but how do you shout about it and get your clients excited to use it?
In this webinar, we look at a range of digital marketing tools you can use to excite and engage your clients, such as social media, email marketing, and your website. We consider different types of content, techniques to maximise the impact of your activity, and the different channels you can use to engage with your clients and prospects.

Please call us
Given that many of you are working from home in lockdown 2.0 it can often be hard to get you hold of you when you’ve raised a support ticket. We’d therefore encourage you to call us with your support queries on 03303 600 300.
You can speak directly to one of our support team who will take details of your query. This allows us to begin our investigation immediately, gathering all the information we’ll need to solve the query as quickly as possible.
If you are not able to call us, please raise a ticket in the normal way and include as much information about the issue as you can and where possible include a contact telephone number. We can also support calls via Zoom and Teams if you’d like to put a face to the call.
All of our previous webinars, on a great number of subjects to help you get the most from moneyinfo are available in our Communications Library accessed via the dashboard in moneyinfo manager (MIM).
