Founder of Staffcare and Finale Phil Hollingdale joins Sammedia board

The moneyinfo team are pleased to announce that Phil Hollingdale, the founder of award winning workplace software company Staffcare, has joined the Board of moneyinfo with effect from 1 st November, 2016.

Phil is a serial Tech entrepreneur having successfully launched five businesses, three of which have been in Fintech, including most recently Staffcare, which is now part of the SimplyBiz Group.

With over 3 million people on its platform, Staffcare manages employee benefits and pensions auto-enrolment for approximately 10% of the UK’s workforce.

Phil was also the founder of Finale, an IFA back office system that was acquired by Ken Davy’s DBS in 1997. He then went on to launch Screen Pages, responsible for designing and building many award winning IFA websites. Screen Pages was subsequently rebranded as Screen Business through a management buy-out and later acquired by Avelo.

Commenting on his appointment to the moneyinfo board, Phil said: “moneyinfo provides the most compelling proposition for the workplace to help educate employees regarding their finances. It puts an employee’s benefits in context to all their other finances. The visual prompts and nudges then help employees achieve a better financial future.
