For what it's worth, the top three things that pooters can help with - for my money at least - are auto-enrolment, engagement and integration of the disparate (and often desperate) systems that advisers have to use. I can't tell you how dispiriting that is to write - we should be trialling holographic advice meetings or, failing that, jetpacks.
