Feature of the month: Case Management

Feature of the month: Case Management | Back to the top

Our Friday Forums are always packed with ideas – and April’s session was no different. One feature that really sparked conversation was Case Management in moneyinfo Manager.

Case Management centralises all client information and activities, including Secure messages, Tasks, Workflows, Fact finds, Signature requests, Notes, and more, into one convenient place.

This feature not only ensures everything stays organised and easily accessible, while supporting audit and compliance by maintaining a detailed record of all client activities within each case.

It also streamlines your workflows. When creating a workflow, you can select the "Orchestration" option, automatically linking any tasks, fact finds, messages, or signature requests to the right case – without the manual back-and-forth.

Not using Case Management yet? Or not sure if you’re getting the most from it?

If you’d like to learn more about how Case Management can help you work smarter and unlock your peak performance, just drop us an email.

We’ll be happy show you how to get even more from your moneyinfo setup.

Joe Hogan Report

Behind the Screens: Month three with Joe | Back to the top

As my third month at moneyinfo comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on how things have been going. What’s great is, I already feel part of the furniture. It’s a strange paradox of feeling like I’ve been in the position forever, but also like I just started yesterday.

Everyone has been so welcoming here at moneyinfo, including the clients I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. That’s a testament to the strength of the partnerships we have and all the great work that’s gone into building those relationships as our business has grown.

I’ve also been blown away by how well those partnerships are nurtured too. We positively challenge our clients to make the most of their investment in moneyinfo, with a real commitment from us to help support their organisational challenges.

And that’s an ethos that we’ll continue to build on through the lens of ‘value’ – making sure our clients are realising value in moneyinfo and realising that value quickly.

Community

Equally, we’ve been hard at work on the moneyinfo community. Our Friday Forum has been a real success this year, and has included themes on Client Reviews, Advisor Adoption and Secure Messaging.

I highly recommend signing up to the next session in May, which is an open forum – a chance for you to have an open discussion, share ideas and chat about your organisational or day-to-day challenges. We’re seeing some great insight in these sessions that have had practical impact to business outcomes.

Click below to find out more about the open forum. Hope to see you there!

Joe Hogan Report

Friday Forum – May 2025 Open Forum | Back to the top

In 2024 we ran regular open forums for like-minded firms like yours to collaborate to share thoughts and ideas on how you use moneyinfo.

This session allows you to just do that, with the opportunity to pose your own questions on how moneyinfo could help you with different areas of your business and hear how other firms are using moneyinfo?

Whether you're a new user, or have used moneyinfo for some time, everyone is welcome!

Come join our open form to see what our firms are interested in discussing, you will be surprised how many of our firms share the same thoughts and ideas.

Lou Wallis, Katy Hillyerd, and Joe Hogan will be hosting this session, but the floor is yours to share your use cases and examples.

Owen James WealthTech

Owen James WealthTech Matters event | Back to the top

Tessa Lee, our Managing Director, recently joined 50+ senior leaders from the wealth management community at the Spring WealthTech Matters: The Business, hosted by Owen James.

It was a packed agenda, full of conversation around where the industry is heading, with a guest presentation from Tessa which you can watch in full.

The event coincided with Owen James’ latest Scene Setter Findings, research designed to provide an in-depth insight into what the wealth management community is collectively thinking, including their biggest concerns, priorities for strategic development, barriers to productivity, and intentions regarding future tech-spend.

Our article outlines how moneyinfo addresses three main priorities and helps firms achieve peak performance.

Woven White Paper

moneyinfo featured in Woven Advice’s white paper with Transact integration | Back to the top

Are you using the Transact consent process? We’ve streamlined one of the most frustrating pain points in adviser workflows, and the results speak for themselves.

In Woven Advice’s latest white paper, ‘Platform Switching Eats Strategy for Breakfast’, you’ll find a series of case studies exploring how leading firms are using technology to reduce friction, cut costs, and deliver better client outcomes.

We were proud to contribute a case study with Transact, highlighting how Thomson Tyndall used moneyinfo to replace manual admin with a fully integrated digital consent process. The results speak for themselves:

  • 90% reduction in processing time
  • Error-free submissions
  • A seamless, branded digital experience
  • More time for advisers to focus on client outcomes

This isn’t just about making things quicker. It’s about working smarter, reducing risk, and meeting Consumer Duty standards with confidence.

The white paper also explores the wider challenges behind platform switching, from the real cost of inefficiency to the cultural blockers that stop firms moving forward. With insights and examples from across the industry, including Timeline, Pension Lab, SS&C, and P1 Platform.

If platform switching is still a pain point, this is well worth a read.

See what’s possible when integration is done right, and discover how it can help you unlock your peak performance.
