Usage Statistics Growth | back to contents

One of our core internal metrics for success is a steady increase in usage stats for both advisers using MIM, and end users engaging with your branded portal and apps. Positive key indicators include the number of documents and messages being sent and received via your portal and apps, and frequency and number of client logins.

Our client services team are always on-hand using events, webinars, training calls, and a range of other methods to support you to get the most out of your investment in technology.

We are very happy to report a sustained increase in all of the above measures with a record number of documents and messages being sent and received in 2023!

We have seen a 58% increase in average monthly messages sent 2022 vs 2023.

We have seen a 62% increase in average number of monthly documents shared 2022 vs 2023.

In November 2023 we witnessed the highest number of messages sent via moneyinfo manager we have ever seen, with 100% increase compared to November 2022

The number of portal logins this year totalled a 35% increase from 2022 - 2023 with over 2,000,000 logins.

These numbers really are something to celebrate and are testament to the dedication of all of our clients and staff, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value and service.

Charity Donations | back to contents

With the benefit of having Bold, Trusted, Together etched into our company culture, we acknowledge the importance of community and togetherness, putting a heavy emphasis on these values in all of our team meetings and activities.

With this in mind, every year we give to charities that we have nominated in-house. We do this to support and reflect on those in less fortunate positions and in need at a time where we celebrate giving.

This year we have split our donation across the 3 charities listed below which were nominated by members of the moneyinfo Crew.

Dogs Trust

Dogs Trust has been dedicated to improving the lives of dogs, emphasising responsible ownership and care.

The Donkey Sanctuary

The Donkey Sanctuary is an organisation dedicated to providing a home for donkeys in need. Located in Sidmouth, it offers a sanctuary for rescued donkeys, ensuring they have a good quality of life.

Dementia UK

Dementia UK plays a crucial role in addressing the challenges faced by families affected by dementia and contributing to the overall management of dementia in the country.

moneyinfo 12.2 Release | back to contents

December saw the full release of moneyinfo 12.2, the full release notes can be downloaded here.

This release brought a host of new features designed to enhance your experience and streamline your business processes.

Here's an overview of each major feature included in the current release:

Pin Notes:

You can now pin notes to a client's record on their summary page so that they are displayed at the top of the overview and timeline tabs. This gives you quick and easy access to key information about your clients.

DocuSign Multiple Documents:

We've made the document-signing process even better. Now, you can upload multiple documents all at once when requesting a signature from your clients. Previously, you could only upload one document in moneyinfo manager, and then had to add more in DocuSign. This change means you can now handle all those documents directly within moneyinfo manager, making the process faster, and enabling you to easily send multiple documents in a single DocuSign envelope.

Extending the moneyinfo API:

We're excited to announce the further enhancement of our API (Application Programming Interface) to include all Fact find fields, including any custom fields you have created. The API acts as a bridge, allowing moneyinfo to share data, documents or other information with other systems you may be using within your business. The extension of the API to include additional fact find data will allow your technical team or third parties to access this information and update it into other systems to support your required business processes.

Accredited Training Partners and Platform Integrations | back to contents

2023 has been a great year for new relationships. moneyinfo has created multiple partnerships for a range of purposes, allowing us to provide a better way to do business to existing clients, attract and acquire new business leads, and communicate our mission more effectively to future prospects.

We have other partnerships signed up and in the pipeline. These will be announced fully in early 2024, but here is a quick overview of the major announcements:

Jigsaw Tree

To help advice firms to benefit from digital client engagement when they have the desire but not the internal resource to do so, moneyinfo are pleased to announce the appointment of Jigsaw Tree, a specialist business operations consultancy for financial advisers, as its first accredited implementation partner.

The collaboration will enable more firms to benefit from the deployment of moneyinfo powered tools to streamline their everyday tasks including onboarding, client review and reporting processes.

Seccl

Our integration with Seccl is designed to provide advisers with a market-leading level of onboarding efficiency, while delivering clients a streamlined and intuitive experience that's accessible on any device and under their advisers’ brand.

In particular, by making use of Seccl's comprehensive API capability, it will allow firms to gather clients' acceptance of suitability, as well as their acceptance of platform and wrapper T&Cs, all in one go – potentially saving weeks of back and forth and delay.

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting

We have developed a partnership with Alpha FMC, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the financial services industry. More news on this in early 2024.
